  • Day 1: Arrive Delhi

    Land at the national capital of India, New Delhi and avail of our free airport pick up service to be brought to the hotel. Make your self comfortable, rest and prepare your self for the coming week of adventures.

  • Day 2: Delhi

    See the many wonders that the city of Delhi holds for you, beginning with Shanti Van and Raj Ghat, the final resting place of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru and then proceed deeper into the many layered history of the country and the city. Proceed to the famous Jama Masjid, the holy place of Muslims constructed during the Mughal period. Witness the many vibrant colours of Chandni Chowk, driving through the heart of the old city of Shahjahanabad.

    After a luxuriant lunch, proceed to Qutub Minar, the sandstone minaret erected in the 12th century, from there to the great Humayun's Tomb, India Gate and then Lakshminarayan.

    Temple one of the modern examples of hindu temples. In the process you can also see many other important monuments of the city like the President's House, the secretariats, Red Fort and Connaught Place on your way. Return to your hotel to rest for the night.

  • Day 3: Delhi - Jaipur (206 kms - 4 hrs)

    Drive through the rural countryside and emerging industrial belt of Haryanana to reach Jaipur, capital of Rajasthan. Rest in the afternoon at the hotel.

  • Day 4: Jaipur

    Jaipur is famously known as the Pink city after the colour given to it celebrating the visit of Edward, Prince of Wales.

    This old Rajputana city was built by Maharaja Jai Singh, who has also lent it its name and is more than 260 years old is surrounded by the most exquisite monuments and having been a princely state till joining the Indian Union, still retains a strong flavour of the old days of royalty. We shall begin with Amber Fort, the ancient capital of the Rajputana state. From there we shall proceed to the Sheesh Mahal, a palace embedded with a mosaic of mirrors, where the walls reflect a million images of its occupants.

    We then visit the Observatory constructed by Jai Singh, known for his interest and knowledge about astrology and the Ram Niwas Gardens. The Hawa Mahal, the palace constructed for the women of the royal house to observe Prince Edward on his visit will be visible en route.

  • Day 5: Jaipur - Agra (256 kms - 5/6 hrs)

    Drive from Jaipur to Agra, stopping by at Fatehpur Sikri, the seat of Emperor Akbar en route. The fort presents a marvelous amalgamation of Rajputana and Mughal styles of architecture and is a significant attraction for tourists. We shall also visit the beautiful Jama Masjid at Sikri, the tomb of Saint Salim Chisti, the Panch Mahal and other monuments in the area. We shall then retire for the night at Agra.

  • Day 6: Agra - Delhi (203 kms - 3 hrs)

    Begin the day with a visit to the exquisite and world renowned Taj Mahal, the destination of tourists and romantics from across the world. Figuring among the seven wonders of the world, the Taj Mahal ws constructed by Shah Jahan in the memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal and is still a symbol of ever abiding love. We shall then proceed to the Agra Fort housing the Moti Masjid, an ornate mosque, the Diwan-e-aam and the Diwan-e-Khas and other relics of the Mughal era. Next on the itenary shall be the tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah, dedicated to the memory of her father by Empress Noor Jahan.

    By Afternoon we shall leave for Delhi to set forth on your onward journey.
